The Working of Botox And Its Treatment

In the treatment of wrinkles and frown lines, it is used in three main areas – the forehead, crow's feet, and wrinkles. It works to prevent muscles from contracting and relaxing them, reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

How does Botox work?

After the injection, which can take up to 20 minutes depending on the number of areas to be treated, it usually takes two to three days to see results, although the full effect may not be visible for up to two weeks.

Treatment lasts up to three months before disappearing and requiring re-application. Subsequent injections usually take longer and therefore less treatment is required. Botox treatments for wrinkles and facial lines are currently used by more than six million people per year, most of them – but not all – women.

The process begins with an assessment of your condition and extensive consultation to determine exactly which features you would like to improve. The therapist will take photos of your face before and after the treatment so you can see the improvement.

Basically a substitute for hyaluronic acid, dermal fillers work by simply drawing water and moisture into these areas, which makes skin supple and regains a more youthful look and feel.

Both botox and dermal fillers are very helpful in building your confidence. Knowing you look younger makes you feel younger, which in turn increases your confidence and your ability to communicate casually.
